From the moment I walked into the store I felt very welcomed, the security guard asked me how’s my day and after I stepped inside the store I was instantly served by Sue, she was absolutely delightful and kind.

My first Chanel store visit in Sydney since moving back to Australia from Singapore and used to being looked after well, I wasn't sure what to expect, then as I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly by Sue (Chung), a very polite, friendly young Lady who helped me try on the classic sling back shoes. I wanted to buy something else and she provided me with 2 colors to choose from, in the meantime I felt so welcomed, comfortable and extremely surprised that I was feeling at home and that amazing customer experience that everyone's craving for these days especially after a 4 month lockdown was happening to me.😍 Sue provided an excellent customer service, she was passionate about the most luxurious products of Chanel, she didn't just want to sell, she took time to understand what I wanted and she represented Chanel and what It stands for. I bought a pair of shoes and because I enjoyed every moment in the store, I went back 5 days later and bought my dream bag. The best part about is that memorable experience that came with buying it and the service that I was given. Highly recommended! Thank you Sue and Chanel for the first class service. See you soon.

Jasmine was amazing. We walked in without any expectations, just to do some window shopping. Was technically looking for the Wallet On Chain, but knew it was close to impossible to have it found here in this store. Jasmine didn't give us the attitudes, was kind enough to entertain us and our antics, and even brought out some other pieces that they have behind, for us to try. Now I can have a better appreciation of what size fits my partner better, so that when the time is right, we can get what we want without rushing into any impulse purchase.
